Sleep is our birthright as demonstrated by babies, who have an inherent ability to sleep in practically any condition. It doesn’t matter if there’s loud music, if you’re in a noisy restaurant at a sport’s event with crowds cheering. If your baby is tired, it’s lights out!


And, as an adult, you should have the same ability to drift to sleep and remain asleep for 6-8 hours shortly after you lay your head on your pillow. Unfortunately, too many adults experience disturbed or restless sleep.
